Step-by-Step Assembly

  • Place oven on a flat surface.
  • Using a box cutter, unwrap each component.
  • For the 16” oven: turn oven on its side and remove the internal flame shield by unscrewing the 2 screws at the bottom.
  • Remove the wood basket and reattach the shield.
  • Attach the three wooden handles: door, hopper, and basket.
  • Unfold the oven's legs and set it upright.

Lighting the oven: press and hold the knob for 3-5 seconds, then turn the knob to the high setting.

  • Turn oven on its side and replace the internal flame shield with the one from the gas burner kit.
  • Attach the frame to the gas burner, securing with 3 screws.
  • Slide the gas burner into the oven's back bottom rectangle and fasten.
  • Insert 1 AAA+ battery by unscrewing the battery knob.
  • Ignite by turning the battery knob counterclockwise and gas control clockwise.

  • Preparation: flour your surfaces, especially the pizza peel. Semolina flour is recommended.
  • Toppings: less is more. Avoid overloading your pizza to ensure even baking.
  • Heat management: fully heat the oven with the stone inside (20-30 minutes recommended).
  • Safety: use appropriate oven mitts and tools, and never leave an oven unattended.
  • Adjust based on cooking speed and external factors like wind.
  • Pizza rotation: rotate your pizza every 20-30 seconds for an even bake.
