Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your oven is delivered to decide it isn't for you. Email Hello@StokeOven.com within those 30 days and we'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once your oven arrives back with us in resalable condition, with all parts included, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Orders placed before October 1, 2026. Stoke changed ownership on October 1, 2026. Returns, refunds and warranty claims for ovens purchased before that date must be directed to the previous operator, and we're unable to process them.
